Plain English: We collect only what we need to run the scanner, never sell it, keep scan metadata for 90 days by default, and give you full export/delete controls.
1. What we collect
Account information, scan URLs and results, and the contents of uploaded files. We do not retain the source HTML of scanned pages after a report is generated. We log IP addresses for security and abuse prevention only.
2. How we use it
To operate the scanner, deliver reports, support you, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We never sell personal data. We retain scan metadata for 90 days by default, or longer on plans where retention is part of the product.
5. Your rights
Access, export, and delete your data anytime from the account dashboard. For GDPR/CCPA requests email privacy@fontcheckerpro.com.
6. Children
The service is not intended for users under 16.
7. Changes
We will email account admins at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
